The mixing cylinder of this machine is rotating and swinging, and the material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, layering, or aggregation phenomenon. Each component can have a significant weight ratio, and the mixing rate reaches 99.9%. Main usage
The rotary tank of EYH Two-dimensional movement mixer can do two motions at the same time. One is the rotation of tank and one is swinging with the swinging frame. In the tank, material is overturned and mixed with the rotation of tank, and at the same time it is mixed left and right turnaround with the swinging of tank. Under the effect of two motions, material is mixed fully in the short time. It is suitable for mixing all powder and granule materials.

Advantage
1. The equipment material barrel is made of 304 stainless steel material and welded by argon arc. One end is a quick connect cover door for the inlet, and the other end is a butterfly valve for the outlet. Add a flipping plate inside the cylinder without dead corners, and the outer bracket flange is made of stainless steel material.
2. The main frame of the equipment adopts A3 channel steel combination welding, which is divided into the main frame and the mixing cylinder rocking frame. The outer part of the frame is made of 304-2B stainless steel plate.
3. The equipment is divided into mixed rotation and shaking transmission, and the mixed rotation electronic control is divided into forward and reverse. The electronic control of the shaking transmission is divided into constant motion and jog motion.
4. The support wheel of the material barrel is made of resin material, which is corrosion-free and has a long service life.
5. The circuit control is a separate control box installed on the side of the equipment, which contains an electrical component box for controlling mixed rotation and shaking transmission made of 3042B stainless steel plate.

Principle

The two-dimensional mixer is composed of three parts: rotary drum, swing frame and frame. The rotary drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two driving wheels are driven by the rotating power system to make the rotary drum rotate. The swing frame is driven by a group of crank and swing rod mechanisms. The crank and swing rod mechanisms are installed on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components, so that the rotating drum can participate in the swing while rotating, and the materials in the drum can be fully mixed.
