Working principle 
The material is sucked into the storage bin of the vacuum feeder by the suction gun in the feeding station. The material door below the storage bin is opened, and the material is put into the feeding hopper. It is degassed under the action of the feeding screw and is pushed by pre-pressure. In the arc-shaped grooves of two rollers arranged in the horizontal direction, the two rollers move at a constant speed in opposite directions under the action of a pair of gears that mesh with each other. The powder is rolled into dense pieces at the moment it passes through the rollers. After passing through the roller, it falls away from the roller under the action of elastic recovery. A small amount of the material that has not fallen off is scraped off by the scraper.
