Hollow blade dryer is a horizontal stirring type dryer that mainly focuses on heat conduction. Due to the hollow mixing blades resembling ship paddles, they are collectively referred to as hollow blade dryer. Due to the fact that the heat required for the drying process of this equipment relies on indirect heating through heat conduction, only a small amount of gas is required to carry away moisture during the drying process, which greatly reduces the loss of heat carried away by the gas and improves the utilization rate of heat. The hollow blade dryer is an energy-saving drying equipment. It is suitable for drying granular and powder materials, and can also smoothly dry paste materials.

--Low energy consumption of slurry leaf dryer: Due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of carrying air to take away the heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is set up with thermal insulation layer, for slurry materials, evaporation of 1kg of water requires only 1.2kg of water vapor.
--Low cost of slurry leaf dryer system: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, which shortens the processing time and reduces the size of the equipment. It greatly reduces the construction area and building space.
--Wide range of materials to be processed: Using different heat media, it can process both heat-sensitive materials and materials requiring high-temperature treatment. Commonly used media are: water vapor, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water and so on.
--It can be operated continuously or intermittently, and can be applied in many fields.
--Small environmental pollution: do not use the carrying air, dust material entrainment is very small. Material solvent evaporation is very small, easy to handle. For contaminated materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed loop can be used.

Application:
The slurry dryer has been successfully used in the fields of food, chemical, petrochemical, dyestuff and industrial sludge. The heat transfer, cooling and stirring characteristics of the equipment enable it to perform the following unit operations: combustion (low temperature), cooling, drying (solvent recovery) heating (melting), reaction and sterilization. Stirring the slurry blade at the same time is the heat transfer surface, so that the unit effective volume of heat transfer area increases, shortening the processing time. The heat transfer surface of the wedge-shaped blade is also self-cleaning. The compression-expansion stirring function makes the material mix evenly. Material along the axial into the "piston flow" movement, in the axial zone, the material temperature, humidity, mixing degree gradient is very small.
