Main structure and working principle
It is a combination of simultaneous rotation in three directions.
Add the mixed wet auxiliary materials into the screen cylinder on the upper part of the machine.
 Firstly, the rotating raw material leaves press the material into the milling knife chamber, and then the milling knife pushes the material to the screen cylinder wall during rotation, and the material is drawn from the eyeholes of the screen cylinder. Extruded to form cylindrical particles.
Then the screen cylinder is also rotating at the same time. During the rotation process, there are multiple cutters installed outside the screen cylinder to cut the extruded cylindrical particles into granules.

Feature:
The output granule is hard and having beautiful shape.
The granules are extruded uniformly with good shape.
You can adjust the diameter of the granules by using different size of the sieve.
You can adjust the length of the granules by adding a number of cutters outside the sieve hole.
The sieve can be used two times, easy to change and clean.
The machine can work continuously suitable for production line.
We use stainless steel 304# for product contact parts to make this machine, clean and healthy.
Inverter(VFD) can be added according to customer's demand.
