Product Description

Cryogenic grinding machine is used to make powder at low temperature 0~-196ºC by injecting Liquid Nitrogen. It is widely application for powder grinding, especially for the materials that are difficult to be ground at normal temperature.
 

Working Principle

The refrigerant (Nitrogen)exchanges heat with the material to make the material brittle. The brittle material collides, shears and frictions numerous times through the crushing structure in the crushing chamber, and finally forms fine particles. The fineess of the crushed material can reach micron level.

Main features
The cryogenic mill system in material crushing process, the cold source to form a closed-loop system that allows full use of energy, save energy; crushed with a cold source temperature can be reduced to -196 degrees, according to the material brittle point temperature, the temperature in the grinding process can be adjusted to select the best ground temperature and reduce energy consumption. Grinding fineness can reach 10-700 mesh, even to the fineness of micron and so on. Use liquid as the grinding media, to achieve ultra-low temperature grinding, explosion-proof materials, oxidation and other comprehensive results.
