Product Application
The herbal powder milling equipment does not contain a sieve. It does not control the powder fineness by changing the mesh size. But the final powder fineness is controlled by the speed of the grading motor. The advantage of this is that even when processing oily or powdered sugar materials, it can ensure that the crusher chamber will not be blocked. And it can obtain finer powder. The powder fineness range is 100-500 mesh.
Working Method
The raw materials are manually or transported to the hopper of the fan. The hopper has a capacity of approximately 50L. The raw materials will be transported by screws into the crusher chamber and crushed into powder. The powder is separated by a guide ring. The powder that has reached fineness is discharged from the cyclone separation point. Powder that has not reached fineness will continue to be crushed. Ensure a final product yield of 98%. The main function of the fan is to suck out the powder inside the crusher chamber. During this processing, the machine is in a vacuum state inside.
Main advantages:
The herbal powder milling equipment can meet the requirements of both ordinary sieve pulverizers and ultrafine powders. The finest sieve crusher can only reach 120 mesh. And the ultrafine crusher can also thicken the powder by adjusting the speed of the grading motor. The fineness range is 80~500 mesh. And the ultrafine grinder can also crush spices, herbs, grains and other raw materials to over 200 mesh. This is impossible for crushers with screens. This is also one of the reasons for its high sales.
