YK series oscillating swing granulator mill develops wet powder or block dry materials into the required granules. Its screen uses a metal mesh, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the tightness is adjustable. The main components of the machine are enclosed in the body and equipped with a lubrication system, so the production process runs smoothly. The appearance of the whole machine is made of stainless steel plate and complies with GMP standards.

Working principle 
Driven by electromotor, trigonal strap and pulley, worm gear and worm, the pentagon hob driven by gear-axes will do periodic to-and-fro circumgyratetion under the control of eccentricity axletree and lifting rack. The materials move continuously and being controlled to extrude grains through the sieve mesh and rotor clearance. Its capability changes with different Moisture, classification, viscosity and mesh. The grains can be in different size. During the disintegration of materials, the coagulated solid materials are lashed and disintegrated in the roller made of pentagon hob, and force the materials through the sieve mesh.
